ZF Motorsport Clutch Hub - for SACHS RCS 115 / 140 / 184 carbon clutches
The clutch hub is the torque-carrying heart of your carbon racing clutch: it locates positively on the gearbox input shaft (internal spline) and drives the carbon driven plates securely. For precise launches, clean shifts and maximum durability, the hub, spline profile and hub length must match your setup.

Practice & installation notes
- Check the spline: Identify tooth count and input-shaft diameter precisely (mm or inch); observe tolerances.
- Stack height / set-up: Verify friction-pack thickness and set-up dimensions against the drawing; choose the correct K/L hub length.
- Installation: Clean all contact faces; the hub must slide freely on the shaft; a minimal amount of anti-seize is permissible.
- Clearance: Ensure clearance to flywheel bolts and the release bearing; check run-out/planarity.
