SACHS Performance clutches are manufactured according to the latest production standards, and every single clutch disc is tested for clearance at ZF SACHS. If you experience problems with the clutch after installation, we recommend taking a look at our Clutch Diagnostic Guide before returning the product to us. Most problems such as a slipping clutch, separation problems and clutch noise , etc. are often not due to the clutch itself, but to its surroundings or possibly to a faulty installation of the clutch.
Please download the PDF warranty application and complete it in full so that we can process the warranty claim for your SACHS Performance / ZF Motorsport clutch or suspension as quickly as possible. Then send the application to us together with the clutch.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot process the warranty for SACHS Performance products that are sent to us without the warranty application, and unfortunately have to send them back without processing the claim.
Important: If you have not purchased your SACHS clutch or suspension directly from us, please send your application to the respective specialist dealer, as it cannot be processed directly by us in this case.
