The SACHS RCS 140 2.6 sintered clutch disc is engineered for uncompromising motorsport use. With just 140 mm diameter and 2.6 mm friction thickness, it delivers an ultra-compact, lightweight package - ideal for formula cars, touring cars and rally cars where space and weight are critical.
Its high-load sintered friction material offers outstanding heat resistance and reliably transfers high torque under the harshest conditions. In rigid design, engagement is exceptionally direct, providing aggressive launches and lightning-fast bite off the line.

Friction lining - sintered metal
The SACHS RCS 140 2.6 sintered clutch disc from ZF Motorsport is the go-to choice for peak racing performance. Compared with organic discs, it offers significantly higher thermal resilience, better high-rpm stability and superior resistance to dirt and oil.
The dedicated sintered friction material delivers a sharp response with hard launches and instant bite at race starts. It also transmits substantially higher torque, making it ideal for high-output race cars.
As a core element of the modular SACHS RCS 140 clutch system, it is perfectly matched to motorsport applications - from rally and formula to circuit racing.
SACHS RCS hub
SACHS RCS 140 2.6 discs are available with different spline hubs precisely matched to the gearbox input shaft. This ensures perfect fitment, reliable torque transfer and maximum durability in demanding race use.
Hubs are also offered in various lengths (extra short, short, medium, long). This allows optimal packaging within the bellhousing and correct actuation. The modular RCS 140 concept from ZF Motorsport enables a tailored race clutch with minimal inertia and maximum performance.
