SACHS RCS 200 – Clutch Pressure Plate
Service pressure plate for modular SACHS RCS-200 multi-plate racing clutches
Precise clamp load, repeatable torque capacity: the pressure plate is the central load element of the RCS-200, transferring diaphragm-spring force to the friction pack for clean launches and short shift windows on track.
High-strength steel, ground friction face, series-specific geometry. Replacement is service-friendly as a module – the clutch cover remains untouched.

Variants (selection)
Version A: RCS 2/200 S2.6 mm | RCS 1/200 S7.8 / O7.8
Version B: RCS 3/200 S2.6 mm | RCS 2/200 S7.8 / O7.8
Note: combine only with approved RCS-200 intermediate plates and clutch discs. Select by number of discs / lining thickness.
Benefits
Consistent clamp load & reliable torque capacity across the wear window
Series-matched for RCS-200 multi-plate systems
High-strength steel, low-distortion design for stable track performance
Precision friction faces for repeatable response
Service-friendly single-module replacement

Technical details
RCS 200 Pressure Plate
Function: Transfers diaphragm-spring force to clutch discs and intermediate plates, clamping the pack against the flywheel and defining clamp load, torque capacity and shift precision.
Design: High-strength steel, ground friction face, positive-lock interface to the RCS housing; spring rate precisely matched to the RCS-200 size – stable under continuous thermal and mechanical load.
Overhaul: Check runout, thickness and surface. If warpage/wear is out of tolerance, replace pressure, intermediate and friction plates together to preserve performance and pedal feel.
