Technical Details
HIGH LOAD CAPACITY
The offered clutch kit is equipped with an organic performance lining on the standard disc. This provides higher friction coefficient, very good fading characteristics, and low wear.
HIGH TRANSMISSION FORCE
The reinforced clutch is characterized by a higher transmittable torque compared to the standard. Ideal for slightly tuned vehicles (e.g., chip tuning), towing operations, frequent drivers.
Everyday Usability
The starting behavior (friction point) is similar to the standard clutch, thus maintaining the everyday usability of your vehicle.
Clutch pressure plate XTend
The pressure plate with automatic wear compensation decouples the lining wear from the diaphragm spring movement. The compensation mechanism constantly registers the reduction of the lining and reliably compensates for the gap by turning an adjusting ring. As a result, the force ratios remain constant and the service life is extended, as the pads can be worn further.
Quality Made in Germany
These properties are achieved through a glass-fiber reinforced clutch lining construction manufactured using layer technology with copper reinforcement. The binder system made of elastomers and resin is equipped with a filler combination oriented towards comfort improvement and fading reduction with friction value modifiers.

Assembly
You will receive a new, revised clutch kit. Returning old parts is not necessary. Simple replacement with your old clutch, the original flywheel will continue to be used.
