SACHS Clutch Pressure Plate 003002001365A
Service pressure plate for modular SACHS RCS 200 racing clutch
Consistent clamp load and defined torque capacity: the SACHS RCS 200 pressure plate 003002001365A from ZF Motorsport is the central load element of RCS 200 racing clutches. It transfers diaphragm-spring force precisely into the friction pack and – in combination with approved intermediate plates and clutch discs – delivers a repeatable, track-ready response.
Manufactured from high-strength steel with a precision-machined friction face, matched specifically to the RCS 200 geometry. Replacement is service-friendly as a single module – the clutch cover (housing) remains untouched.
Overhaul note: always check runout, thickness and surface condition. If warpage/wear exceeds tolerance, replace pressure, intermediate and friction plates together to maintain torque capacity, pedal feel and shift precision of the SACHS racing clutch.

Benefits at a glance:
Stable clamp load & reliable torque capacity across the wear window
Series-matched for RCS 200 multi-plate systems
High-strength steel, low-distortion design – consistently high performance
Precision friction faces for clean, repeatable response
Service-friendly: replaceable as a single module

Technical details
RCS 200 Pressure Plate
Function: Transfers diaphragm-spring force to clutch discs and intermediate plates, clamping the friction pack against the flywheel and thereby defining clamp load, torque capacity and shift precision.
Design: High-strength steel, ground friction face, positive-locking interface to the RCS housing; geometry and spring rate precisely matched to the RCS 200 size – stable under high thermal and mechanical loads.
Compatibility: Combine only with approved RCS 200 intermediate plates and clutch discs. Deviations may negatively affect torque capacity and pedal feel.
Quality standard: Built to ZF Motorsport specification with tight runout/thickness tolerances to minimise hot spots and distribute load evenly across the friction pack.
