As the second generation, the Audi TT 8J set new lightweight standards in the sports car segment on the PQ35 platform with its aluminium-steel mixed construction. The 3.2 V6 with 250 PS and quattro drive was the TT 8J's flagship in its early phase, offering refined six-cylinder character. The V6 served as the bridge between the outgoing naturally aspirated engine range and the new TFSI generation during the transition period.
