The 220d with its four-cylinder diesel producing up to 190 PS was the most efficient high-performance variant in the 2 Series range. The four-cylinder turbo engines in the 2 Series offered the ideal combination of everyday usability and engaging character thanks to BMW's efficient engine technology.
