Perchè la frizione strappa

La frizione che strappa non significa necessariamente che la vostra frizione SACHS è difettosa.

La frizione che strappa non è necessariamente difettosa. Le cause possono essere diverse: un cuscinetto del motore usurato o una cattiva regolazione del motore possono impedire che la frizione sia morbida.

Un'altra possibile causa è il montaggio di un disco sbagliato.

Quindi bisogna controllare:

  • scelta dell'articolo giusto
  • contesto generale / assenza di segnali di usura e correttezza delle regolazioni

Rivestimenti leggermente oliati o ingrassati

Rivestimenti leggermente oliati o ingrassati

Causa:

  • Eccesso di grasso sull'albero di ingresso del cambio o sul cuscinetto guida. Il grasso in eccesso non è stato rimosso (con conseguente fuoriuscita di grasso dal mozzo).
  • Guarnizione danneggiata del cambio e/o del motore
  • Perdita dal comando idraulico

Effetto:

  • Anche minime tracce di olio o grasso compromettono l'effetto di attrito e di conseguenza il comportamento di avvio all'innesto della frizione.

Profilo mozzo danneggiato

Profilo mozzo danneggiato

Causa:

  • Errore di montaggio - L'albero del cambio è stato inserito con forza nell'ingranaggio del mozzo del disco frizione (durante il montaggio il disco non è stato centrato).
  • Disco frizione sbagliato

Effetto:

  • Il disco frizione si muove a scatti sull'albero del cambio.

Nota:

Può anche causare problemi di disaccoppiamento.

Alloggiamento della frizione deformato

Alloggiamento della frizione deformato

Causa:

  • Errore di montaggio - Le viti di fissaggio non sono state serrate professionalmente durante il montaggio. Non serrate in successione seguendo uno schema a X
  • Centraggio della molla a diaframma sul volano non effettuato (perni di centraggio sul volano ignorati).

Effetto:

  • Sollevamento unilaterale dello spingidisco

Nota:

Se molto accentuato può provocare problemi di stacco della frizione.

Molla a balestra deformata (VW piastre di pressione MX)

Causa:

  • Stoccaggio improprio - caduta della frizione prima o durante il montaggio
  • Frizione avvitata in posizione errata
  • Piastra di pressione avvitata con errata rigidità ad es. con cacciavite

Effetto:

  • Stacco unilaterale dello spingidisco

Nota:

Può causare anche problemi di disaccoppiamento

Importante:

Bloccare l'albero a camme sul lato anteriore del motore con una chiave adatta.

Cuscinetti motore e cambio usurati

Cuscinetti motore e cambio usurati

Causa:

  • Componente consumato

Effetto:

  • Provoca vibrazioni della trasmissione quando si aziona la frizione per partire. Pseudo strappo (cosiddetto "effetto bonanza").

Nota:

Controllare sempre che questi componenti non presentino segni di usura.
