We shall not be under any liability for damage, loss, or expense resulting from failure to give advice or information or giving the incorrect advise or information whether or not due to our negligence or that of our employees.

Prices
All prices subject to change without prior notice. All parts herein will be invoiced at the current prices in effect at time of ordering.

Returns
We will not accept any unauthorized returns of any type. If you feel a return is warranted, contact us for authorization. All returns must be prepaid and must include a copy of the original invoice.

Claims
Damage to the product caused by shipping or broken packages must be noted at the time of receipt and reported immediately to the shipper. Assistance will be given where necessary to help in settlement with the carrier.

Warranty
All Items are warranted to be free of defects in manufacture, material, and workmanship prior to installation. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty. This warranty is limited at our option, to the replacement, repair, or credit of the defective merchandise. This warranty doees not cover any direct or indirect costs, such as labor, arising from the use of products.
